  1. I found “aha moment” after “aha moment” so many times during the course of the weekend. Things I’ve heard in the past finally because crystal clear to me. I was able to bring what I learned to my students the very next day after even our first session. Lisa has a really easy-going way about her, but is succinct and keeps reeling us in as we have a tendency to start talking because we’re all so excited about what we’re learning. It’s a wonderful experience for yoga teachers, especially who have already only brushed the surface of their yoga knowledge with a 200-hr YTT.

  2. Hey, Lisa! I don’t see where to pay for Module Two in October at Just Breathe. Can you send me a link?

    1. Hi Betsey! Thank you for inquiring! This is kinda hard to get to. Go to their Mind/Body by choosing “Just Breathe Yoga Rivermark” and you can see on the bottom you can continue without login (it’s kinda small) and you will see a Teacher Training Tab. Once you click there you will see my module in Mind Body. You know Mind/Body Software. 😉 https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/mainclass?studioid=10127&tg=&vt=&lvl=&stype=&view=&trn=0&page=&catid=&prodid=&date=4%2f4%2f2018&classid=0&prodGroupId=&sSU=&optForwardingLink=&qParam=&justloggedin=&nLgIn=&pMode=0&loc=1
