Hello Yinsters! It’s been a while since I’ve posted any sequences for your home practice. Thank you again to those who have sent me emails about my sequences. I absolutely had no clue that I touch so many Yinsters all over the world! Thank you so much. I am completely honored by the responses I’ve received. I will try my absolute best to post more sequences for 2019!
With the residue of the holidays, I’m posting a short instructional video on Yin Yoga for Neck and Shoulders. Since this is a shortened condensed video, I recommend that you watch it before practicing. Ive only shown the sequence on the right side, so be sure to do both sides!
Please be sure to have a nice quiet space to practice, two foam yoga blocks (or one block and a sandbag or yoga wedge) and maybe a blanket if you need that for your knees. I hope you all enjoy the the new sequence. As always, please be sure to consult our physician beforehand. Remember, everyBODY is different. Mobility in the shoulders, cervical spine, tissue tension…. Always take good care of yourself in any yoga practice.
Here’s my plug! As a reminder, I do facilitate in-depth Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings in the San Francisco Bay Area. The next one starts February. Please check the calendar for dates and details. Also, please share the Yin Yoga love! Please share my video and sequences to your friends, fellow practitioners…pin it on Pintrest! Thank you so much and HAPPY 2019!
(Remember to do both sides)
