Yin Yoga Intensive {Module 1} Now Open – NEW DATES June 1, 2 & 3

Yin Yoga Intensive {Module 1} will be hosted at Crunch Fitness Blackhawk, located centrally in beautiful Danville, CA.

This training will take place

Friday, June 1 – 5pm – 9pm

Saturday, June 2  – 10:30am – 6:30pm

Sunday, June 3  – 10:30am – 6:30pm

In my training, it is imperative that in order to truly understand the practice of Yin Yoga that we learn anatomy. Anatomy is key. Without a true understanding of the muscles, joints, or the Yin tissues then true understanding and confidence in teaching true Yin Yoga is elusive. In this training we will cover key concepts of Yin Yoga and the functional approach and have at least 75 minutes of Yin and or Yang practices each session.

The key principles of this training are based on Lisa Jang’s studies with Bernie Clark, Diana Batts, Paul & Suzee Grilley.
