I’m super excited to announce my NEW Yin Yoga class at Just Be Yoga’s newest studio in Danville, CA located in The Livery! Join me Thursday evenings from 7:45pm – 9pm beginning January 25th, 2018 for 75 minutes of Yin Yoga Bliss, where we will target deeply into the Yin tissues of the body.
Remember, Yin yoga is meant to be a complementary style of practice to more active styles of yoga. Yin Yoga style of practice intends to target, stimulate, strengthen and revive our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — that are not emphasized in the same degree as an active style of practice. Hence, it’s complimentary nature.
